ArangoDB in Paris, France seeks a Customer Solution Architect to be the primary professional services interface for customers deploying our AI product suite. You own the technical relationship end-to-end, turning a customer’s problem into a working architecture on Arango’s multi-model platform and its GraphRAG capabilities.

Qualificações

• Deep graph knowledge and graph-DB design for AI applications.
• 5+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical services.
• Strong applied AI and Python skills with systems design knowledge.
• Excellent customer-facing communication from exec to engineering levels.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical customer relationship across full lifecycle.
• Run discovery to identify high-value AI use cases and outcomes.
• Design target architectures on Arango’s multi-model platform including GraphRAG.
• Define success criteria, SLAs, governance, and phased delivery plans.
• Build reference implementations: graph schema, connectors, pipelines.
• Guide production deployment with CI/CD, IaC, and testing.
• Architect retrieval across graph traversal and vector methods.
• Define monitoring, alerting, and dashboards with the customer.
• Ensure data governance, access controls, and compliance.
