Zefir is building an AI autopilot for home sales in Europe, starting in France. This Graduate Program Sales accelerates talent into leadership roles across SDR, Account Executive, and Senior AE tracks.

Based in Paris, the program starts every six months (July and January) with extensive coaching, mentorship, and structured rotations designed to develop world‑class sales professionals. Flexible remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Diplômé(e) or in progress (Bac+5) from business, engineering, or university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a true team mindset.
