Zefir, an AI autopilot for home sales in Europe, is offering a 6-month internship starting October 2026 in Paris. You will support scaling the company rhythm, lead cross-functional projects, and assist enabling teams such as HR, Legal, and Finance. Strong communication, analytical skills, and bilingual English/French are required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• First internship experience in VC, corporate finance, strategy consulting, or business operations (preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into clear business recommendations.
• Fluency in English and French is required.

Responsabilités

• Support scaling infrastructure and company rhythm through preparation of visual assets and content for company meetings and OKRs.
• Lead end-to-end cross-functional projects aligning stakeholders and delivering actionable recommendations to the CEO.
• Assist HR, Legal and Finance enablement initiatives and prepare high-stakes presentations (e.g., Board meetings).
• Design and animate internal communications to maintain clarity and engagement across teams.
• Support the CEO in drafting key communications and external ecosystem touchpoints.
