Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse invites graduates to join the Global Graduate Programme as Auto-Flight System Engineer. The two-year journey blends hands-on engineering with leadership development, rotating through Auto-Flight disciplines, MBSE and flight control architectures.

You will collaborate across international teams to deliver safe, high-performance aircraft while growing leadership and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automation & Control or related discipline.
• Recent graduate or first professional experience in aeronautics or complex systems engineering.
• Strong verbal and written English; basic French appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to design, integration and validation of Auto-Flight Systems (AFS).
• Master MBSE, simulation environments and flight control architectures.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to bridge technical design with execution.
• Develop understanding of system lifecycles, safety regulations and formal management frameworks.
• Rotational placements to gain a holistic view of the Autoflight system lifecycle and Airbus operations.
