European Space Agency (ESA) in Paris is seeking a Head of the Council and Corporate Committees Section to drive governance support and Secretariat operations for ESA Council and key committees. You will work closely with the Director General, senior officials and Member State delegations to ensure timely, high-quality decision-making across governance bodies.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline and about 10 years of governance experience.
• Experience in governance support, board or committee management, or senior stakeholder environments.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and event management at high level.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end organisation and coordination of ESA Council and AFC/IPC meetings.
• Prepare agendas, briefing material and decision-support documentation for senior leaders.
• Coordinate a network of Governing Body Secretaries across ESA and harmonise practices.
• Oversee accreditation processes, interpretation services and digital tools for meetings.
• Lead ministerial councils and high-level institutional events; drive governance digitalisation.
