IXO is seeking an evaluator to examine a Go repository, tracing code paths and runtime behavior to produce evidence-backed findings. You will craft questions and reference answers that accurately reflect how the code behaves in practice.

Preferred candidates have 3+ years in professional Go development, experience with interfaces, concurrency, module design, and containerized workflows. Remote assignments are scheduled by agreement, with USD pay per task.

Qualifications

• At least three years in professional software development with significant Go work.
• Experience with Go interfaces, concurrency, module design and standard-library behavior.
• Familiarity with Git commits, containers, terminal tools and workflows.

Responsabilités

• Investigate code paths, runtime behavior and concurrency or language details with execution evidence.
• Write questions and reference answers that explain the repository's actual behavior.
• Build clear grading criteria that accept sound explanations and reject baselines that rely on general Go terminology.
