IXO is seeking specialists to evaluate command-line engineering workflows as reproducible AI evaluation tasks. Your contribution is technical work aimed at making reasoning inspectable and identifying substantive errors with evidence.

You will construct debugging, DevOps or CI/CD challenges, create environments with golden reference solutions using git, Docker, gdb, asan or ffmpeg, and document reproducible steps to establish correct results.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in languages such as Rust, TypeScript, Go, Java, Python or C++, including algorithms and data structures.
• Experience debugging and performance optimization; ability to explain findings clearly.

IXO is engaging specialists to evaluate command-line engineering workflows built as reproducible AI evaluation tasks. Your contribution is technical work: make the reasoning inspectable, identify substantive errors and provide evidence that supports a reliable assessment.

Work you will do

• Construct realistic debugging, DevOps or CI/CD challenges using the tools appropriate to the problem.
• Create an environment and golden reference solution for workflows involving utilities such as git, Docker, gdb, asan or ffmpeg.
• Check that the task can be reproduced and assessed reliably, and document the sequence of evidence needed to establish a correct result.

Required background and routes

• Strong skills in a language such as Rust, TypeScript, Go, Java, Python or C++, including algorithms, data structures, debugging and performance optimization.
• Implement maintainable features and refactors, explain findings clearly and work collaboratively on complex software.

Preferred background

• Distributed-codebase work, rigorous code reviews and familiarity with AI/ML systems; AI experience is optional.

Deliverables

Submit the completed technical artifact or assessment with its supporting evidence, explicit assumptions, reproducible checks where applicable, and concise reasons for each material judgment. Address review findings within the agreed scope.

Location and schedule

Remote assignments are scheduled by agreement, with no guaranteed weekly volume. Availability planning can include 15 hours per week depending on the track. IXO confirms the applicable timing before work.
