Job summary

Bank of America in Hyderabad is seeking a QA/QA Analyst to drive centralized oversight of GMO QA activities, including test design, execution, validation and reporting. You will coordinate with FLU and EIT to ensure governance and issue resolution, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Required 4-6 years in banking QA/testing, graduate/postgraduate education, and proficiency with SharePoint, BI, Tableau, Alteryx/ETL, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
• Experience in banking QA/testing environments is preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in QA/testing or risk/control domains.

Responsibilities

• Drive centralized execution and oversight of GMO QA activities including test design, execution, validation and reporting.
• Coordinate with FLU and EIT to ensure governance and issue resolution.
• Manage end-to-end test results, monitor testing outcomes and escalate as needed.
• Analyze results to identify trends and drive remediation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee transition of tests to EIT and provide governance of GMO EIT QA.
