Mistral.ai is seeking a Workplace Project Manager to own multi-site, high-stakes workplace initiatives and align them with our global strategy. You will oversee planning, implementation, and delivery of workplace operations across sites, driving efficiency and service quality.

You will report to the Workplace Lead EMEA within HR and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance sustainability, safety, and innovative space solutions while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in workplace project management or related fields.
• Ability to align delivery with business objectives and long-term strategy.
• Strong budget, cost management and vendor negotiation experience.
• Familiar with risk, ESG, health & safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-site workplace projects and budgets.
• Establish governance standards and drive improvements post-project.
• Develop compliance frameworks integrating sustainability into design.
• Lead adoption of digital tools and data-driven decision making.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate multi-project agreements.
