Mistral.ai is seeking a Procurement Category Manager (Workplace & Marketing) to own cost-saving initiatives across indirect spend. You will define procurement strategies, negotiate with large providers, and manage contracts and supplier panels to streamline resources.

This role collaborates with internal stakeholders to reduce complexity and costs. As part of the Procurement team, you will lead end-to-end projects from RFP to contractualization and contribute to digitization through P2P tool

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Buyer/Category Manager in Workplace or Marketing.
• Proven ability to negotiate with large providers.
• Strong project management skills.
• Assertiveness and communication to build trusted relationships.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead global negotiations on indirect spend to drive measurable cost savings.
• Define and execute procurement strategies for Workplace & Marketing categories.
• Identify and manage existing contracts, tools, and needs, including renewals and renegotiations.
• Build and manage supplier panels to reduce fragmentation and improve governance.
• Rationalize tool usage and consolidate internal needs with business owners.
• Lead procurement projects end-to-end, from RFP to contractualization.
• Contribute to the digitization of procurement through P2P tool adoption.
