ZIMMERMANN, a global luxury fashion brand, seeks a Wholesale Operations support specialist in Paris to oversee day-to-day operational processes across international wholesale accounts. You will manage POs, master data, invoicing, tracking, and data integrity within a dynamic, cross-border team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with 3PLs, ERP systems, and Excel-driven process improvements, requiring fluency in French and English and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a business school or equivalent.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, rigor, and a proactive approach.
• Team Spirit: Enjoys collaborative work and can interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders in an international environment.
• Digital Tools: Comfortable using ERP systems, Excel, and Adobe applications, with a willingness to learn and develop within a dynamic and demanding environment.

Responsabilités

• Receive and cross-check purchase orders (POs).
• Manage master data and product information to be shared with wholesale accounts.
• Process invoices in AP21 and provide tracking information to customers.
• Ensure invoices and tracking details are communicated to customers promptly upon shipment dispatch.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Collaborate with 3PL warehouse teams to optimize stock processing.
• Assist with generating and issuing order confirmations to EU and UK customers following market.
• Process in-season stock reorders and swaps.
• Manage returns and EOS RTV requests.
• Process stock transfers related to returns for 3PL warehouse teams.
• Manage and follow up on customer claims.
• Maintain wholesale delivery schedule across all three 3PLs.
• Assist department stores with their packaging requirements.
• Update Wholesale Operations Manual and improve existing Excel macros to optimize processes.
