Aros Marine is seeking a detail-oriented warehousing and inventory accounting specialist for our France operations. You will receive goods, check condition and documentation, record transactions in Rivile, and ensure data accuracy.

You will manage stock control, process orders, support central accounting, and communicate with internal teams. Requires basic accounting knowledge, good computer skills, English, willingness to travel, and ability to learn Rivile or Viacorex.

Qualifications

• Solid warehousing experience and understanding of warehouse accounting.
• Basic accounting knowledge and ability to learn accounting software.
• Experience with Rivile or Viacorex is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Goods receiving and inventory accounting in Rivile system.
• Warehousing and stock control; ensure records match accounting.
• Process internal orders, packing, and prepare shipments.
• Participate in stocktakes and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with central accounting and offer internal customer service.
• Communicate in English; willingness to travel for assignments.
