JD.COM is recruiting for an experienced End-to-End Project Delivery Manager to lead warehouse automation initiatives across Europe and the Americas. You will drive project scope, plan execution, and ensure high-quality, safe delivery from contract signing through go-live.

The role requires strong on-site leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage complex projects with overseas travel. English proficiency and a proactive, results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in warehouse automation system integration or automation project delivery management.
• Project delivery experience in Europe and the Americas is preferred.
• Excellent communication and willingness to travel overseas for overseas assignments.

Description du poste

• End-to-End Project Delivery Management:Responsible for full lifecycle delivery management of warehouse automation projects in Europe and the Americas, from contract signing through stable go-live. Project scope may include pallet shuttle systems, tote handling systems, sorting walls, WMS/WCS systems, and other automation solutions. Ensure projects are delivered according to plan, with high quality, safety, and operational discipline.
• Implementation Planning and Resource Coordination:Develop detailed project implementation plans and Statements of Work (SOW) based on presales solutions and customer contracts. Coordinate resources across warehouse planning, equipment procurement, engineering modifications, system configuration, and personnel training. Align cross-functional teams, including operations, planning, procurement, and system implementation, to ensure project resources are in place.
• On-Site Management and Risk Control:Manage on-site project implementation, including equipment delivery, installation and commissioning, system integration testing, and operational simulation drills. Identify and provide early warnings on project risks, such as schedule delays, requirement changes, and cost deviations, and drive issues to closed-loop resolution.
• Customer Communication and Acceptance:Serve as the primary customer interface during the delivery phase. Communicate project progress with customers, coordinate requirement changes, organize acceptance testing, and ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and contractual requirements.
• Smooth Handover to Operations:Organize go-live readiness checks, operations training, and project review from delivery to after-sales support. Prepare complete project handover documentation to ensure a smooth transition to the after-sales operations stage.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in warehouse automation system integration or automation project delivery management. Project delivery experience in Europe and the Americas is preferred.
• Professional Expertise:Familiar with core warehouse automation technologies, such as WMS/WCS systems, shuttle systems, lifts, sorting systems, and AGVs, as well as project implementation processes. Capable of independently developing project plans, coordinating resources, and managing on-site execution.
• Project Management Capabilities:Strong capabilities in overall project coordination, schedule control, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. Able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Overall Competencies:Strong communication, logical thinking, and stress-resilience skills. Good spoken and written English proficiency. Able to adapt to overseas business travel and long-term overseas assignment. Strong sense of responsibility and team collaboration spirit.
