Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in visual inspection of pharmaceutical products.
• Strong ability to influence and communicate with diverse groups on regulatory and technical issues.
• Experience supervising visual inspection processes and defect classification.
• Experience with quality systems and project management.

Responsibilities

• Author, review, or approve technical documents including qualification strategies, control strategies, investigations, change controls, expert opinions, and defect classifications.
• Develop and implement harmonized visual inspection procedures across sites.
• Provide technical oversight on defect classification, inspection technique, and qualification programs for production.
• Perform root cause analysis related to defect creation, prevention, and detection.
• Develop and monitor real-time metrics to assess process variability and capability.
• Train and coach colleagues and engage stakeholders during regulatory inspections and investigations.
