Job summary

Sanofi in Lyon seeks a Quality Control Product Line Manager to guide the global digital QC strategy across the manufacturing network, merging science, tech, and operations to modernize labs with AI, robotics and real-time analytics.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycles, define data architectures, manage budgets, and drive KPI-driven value across sites, collaborating with Global Quality, MSAT and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
• 12+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles with demonstrated organizational impact.
• Proven track record of leading digital products or platforms from concept to global adoption at scale.
• Deep expertise in Quality Control processes and systems — including LIMS, LES, robotics in QC, AI/ML applications — in highly regulated environments (GMP, GCP, GLP).
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets (€5M+) and driving ROI on digital investments.
• Proven experience leading Agile product development teams in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year QC Digital product line strategy, aligned with transformation agendas and global objectives.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of QC digital products—from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Define QC data architecture strategy and integration with business, Data & Analytics and tech teams.
• Oversee roadmap, budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX) and ROI delivery for the QC product line.
• Drive adoption and measurable value realization across Sanofi's global manufacturing network.
