CEVA Logistics in Marseille seeks an experienced treasury professional to own the end-to-end intercompany netting process. You will design and implement convergence from multiple programs into one unified Netting process and tool, coordinating with IT and transformation teams.

• Master’s degree in Finance/Treasury/Corporate Finance.
• From 10 years of experience in an international treasury team or consulting firm.
• IT literacy required.
• Experience in Transport / Logistics advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and resolve disputes on intercompany payables/receivables and ensure smooth settlement of each netting cycle.
• Enhance reporting around netting activity and cash flows.
• Onboard new subsidiaries into the netting process and provide training.
• Design, build and consolidate netting programs into a single unified process and tool, coordinating with IT and transformation teams.
• Supervise and improve productivity of the Netting team.
• Ensure compliance with Treasury and Bank policy.

Support the Group in the complex and ad-hoc treasury operations which requires specific focus, experience and knowledge.

These operations are a key differentiator when integrating and rationalizing business and corporate structure.

Manage the end-to-end Netting process for CEVA Group by taking responsibility of the day to day netting activities for Intercompany payments design, build and implement convergence from various existing netting program into one unified Netting process & tool.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

• Monitor and support resolution of disputes on intercompany payable/receivables, in collaboration with team members and provide arbitration for complex cases. Ensure smooth settlement of each netting cycle with increased Treasury optimizations
• Enhance reporting around Netting activity and associated cash flows
• Ensure continuity of activity by adding new subsidiaries into the Netting process & tool; make available and roll out robust training on the activity
• Design, build and implement convergence from various existing netting programs into one unified Netting process & tool by aligning business requirement, following up with IT and transformation team, ensuring full adherence with Treasury framework and process
• Supervision and increase of productivity of the Netting team
• Ensure compliance with Treasury & Bank policy
