Hexcel is seeking an International Trade Compliance Analyst to manage customs, duties, and export controls across multiple sites in Europe. You will oversee licenses, audits, and ITC system training while ensuring global compliance with EAR/ITAR and OFAC guidance.

The role requires strong collaboration with global teams, fluency in English, and a track record in European trade regulations. Based in Dagneux (France), Duxford (UK), or Parla (Spain), with a dynamic, cross-border scope.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or Bachelor’s in logistics, international trade, or related field with 5 years of export/import compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of European customs, dual-use and military export laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and training skills across global teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead customs and duty compliance and duty deferral activities.
• Manage export operations for assigned sites.
• Perform export audits and oversee export operations with internal Shipping teams.
• Coordinate and procure dual-use and military licenses.
• Support ITC AX/D365/OCR systems and provide training.
