Job summary

Adisseo France S.A.S. seeks a Raams Vision Project Director to lead the end-to-end transformation across multiple sites and countries.

You will own the roadmap, governance, milestones, and ensure safe, quality, cost, and schedule objectives while integrating engineering, operations, and SAP/IT workstreams. You will coordinate business readiness, change management, and handover activities to the future operating model, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and partner sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business or a comparable discipline.
• Proven leadership of complex, cross-functional transformation programs with international scope.
• Experience in feed additives or related regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Fluent English mandatory; other languages a plus.
• Ability to align stakeholders and deliver on schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Raams Vision transformation and align all workstreams.
• Maintain an integrated master plan and governance across sites.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and contingencies.
• Lead governance reporting to Steering Committee and senior leadership.
• Ensure business readiness, change management, and smooth handover.
