Coty is offering an internship as GLOBAL TRADE MARKETING ASSISTANT in Paris, supporting Prestige fragrance brands such as Boss, Swarovski, Davidoff and European portfolios. This 6-month program starts January 2027, joining the central Global Trade Marketing team to work with global, regional and local colleagues on launches and initiatives.

You are pursuing a Master’s in Business/Management/Marketing, fluent in English (French a plus), with strong analysis skills and proficiency in Excel,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
• Strong analytical and data skills.
• Experience or exposure to marketing, sales, consulting, luxury, or FMCG is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Senior Trade Marketing Project Managers to coordinate markets globally.
• Consolidate and track trade plans, launch readiness, deliverables, and milestones.
• Lead post-launch analyses by consolidating market feedback and creating presentations.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct trade marketing, category, competitive analyses and turn data into insights.
• Participate in market calls and share learnings across teams.
• Support trade marketing requests and launch execution across markets.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Product Marketing, 360° Marketing, Gifting, and Supply Chain teams.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and global product launches across brands and regions.
