Coty SA in Paris is seeking a passionate Product Manager Assistant to join the Global Marketing team for Swarovski, developing the new Swarovski Licence. This 6-month internship starts January 2027 in Paris.

You will support launches, coordinate briefs, and work across R&D, digital, retail and supply chain to drive cross-functional projects. A fast-paced, international environment welcomes curiosity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing studies in marketing, business or a related field.
• Interest in beauty/fragrance brands and product launches.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Participate in development of new launches and briefs coordination.
• Support marketing plan implementation and launch activities.
• Coordinate internal teams (R&D, digital, retail, supply chain) and external providers.
• Contribute to 360° concepts: storytelling, product positioning, sampling, merchandising and training.
