Coty SA is recruiting a GLOBAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN for the fragrance brands in Paris, based at the Coty headquarters. The six-month internship starts January 2027 and involves implementing fragrance initiatives across international markets.

You will join a dynamic, cross-functional team working with Hugo Boss, Swarovski, Davidoff, Escada and Joop Fragrances. The role emphasizes analytics, strategy, and collaboration in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As ourGlobal business developmentIntern, yourmain focuswill be to implement the fragrance initiatives in international markets.

The GlobalBusiness development teamis a commercial team, embedded in the brand, whose top line missions are to:

• Build and implement long-termbusinessdevelompentstrategies surrounding the 4 Ps across retail channels to successfullyestablishCoty brands and accelerate market share growth

• Steer &monitormarket performances

• Fuel brand global teams with market updates and business performance

• Be the voice TO the markets and OF the markets

TheGlobal Business developmentteam collaborates closely with various Coty business units worldwide, including Local/GlobalTrade Marketing, Local Marketing, and the Global Marketing teams for Fragrance. You will also interact with other key departments such as Merchandising, Digital, Influencer Marketing, Media, and Global Promotions, all based in Paris.

Surrounded by passionate beauty professionals, you will join a fast-paced, business-oriented team, gaining valuable insights into regional market dynamics and key business drivers across different markets.

You will be reporting to Global Business Development Senior Manager,

Someof your responsibilities may include:

• Track and analyze sell-in & sell-out performance at global level against KPIs/comparable benchmarks

• Run ad-hoc Trade Marketing analysis.

• In charge of consolidating post-launch recap presentations

• Facilitate the preparation of key meetings including business review and fashion house presentations

• Run market and competitor analysis

• Manage & consolidate Global brand updates with Global teams via Sharepoint and Newsletter updates to Markets

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to interact with cross-functional teams and learn about the beauty business environment and international trends. As an experienced Trade Marketer, you coordinate requests and feedback with your peers and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, we are looking for:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Excellent written and spoken English & French

• Strategic thinkerwith a proactive and independent mindset, capable of balancing big-picture objectives with attention to detail.

• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple projects and stakeholders while identifying challenges and driving solutions.
