CEVA France SASU, within the Core Transversal Functions division, is seeking a Global Solution Design Expert to shape and implement testing strategies across projects and regions, ensuring high-quality, reliable logistics solutions aligned with business objectives in Contract Logistics.

You will lead global testing initiatives, collaborate with project managers, developers and operations, define quality standards, and mentor testing teams to deliver robust solutions and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and managing comprehensive testing strategies on a global scale.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, contract logistics operations, and supply chain dynamics.
• Familiarity with testing tools, automation frameworks, and QA methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional and culturally diverse teams.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and improve global testing strategies for tailored logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing approaches with project goals and client expectations.
• Define and enforce quality standards and performance metrics for testing activities across all Contract Logistics projects.
• Lead risk assessments related to solution design and testing, identifying challenges and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Promote and support the integration of automation tools and emerging technologies to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Deliver detailed reports and insights on testing outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide testing teams, fostering continuous learning and QA excellence.
