CEVA France SASU, within the Core Transversal Functions division, is seeking a Global Solution Design Expert to shape and implement testing strategies across projects and regions, ensuring high-quality, reliable logistics solutions aligned with business objectives in Contract Logistics.

You will lead global testing initiatives, collaborate with project managers, developers and operations, define quality standards, and mentor testing teams to deliver robust solutions and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and managing comprehensive testing strategies on a global scale.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, contract logistics operations, and supply chain dynamics.
• Familiarity with testing tools, automation frameworks, and QA methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional and culturally diverse teams.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

YOUR ROLE

Join CEVA France SASU within the Core Transversal Functions division as a pivotal member of our Solution Design team. As a Global Solution Design Expert, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing testing strategies that ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable logistics solutions aligned with the overall business objectives of the Contract Logistics sector.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of global testing strategies across multiple projects and regions, ensuring consistency and excellence in how solutions are validated before deployment. Your expertise will drive the adoption of best practices and innovative methodologies in testing, directly enhancing the robustness and efficiency of our logistics service offerings.

This position can also be located in the UK, Ireland, Germany or Spain

WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO ?

• Develop and continuously improve global testing strategies that support the design and delivery of tailored logistics solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and operational staff to align testing approaches with project goals and client expectations.
• Define and enforce quality standards and performance metrics for testing activities across all Contract Logistics projects.
• Lead risk assessments related to solution design and testing, proactively identifying challenges and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Promote and support the integration of automation tools and emerging technologies to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Deliver detailed reports and insights on testing outcomes to senior management and relevant stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.
• Mentor and guide testing teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence in quality assurance practices.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a strong background in testing strategy within logistics or related industries. You demonstrate excellent analytical and leadership skills, and are passionate about driving innovation and quality in solution design. A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively in a global, diverse environment are essential.
