Givaudan, based in Budapest and Avignon, seeks a Global Supply Project Manager to drive and sustain excellence in supply of raw materials and finished products. The role covers a global scope with collaboration across regional and global teams, reporting to the Global Head of Supply.

You will lead strategic projects, improve working capital, and guide supply dashboards while ensuring regional teams meet performance targets and manage supply risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Professional Experience.
• At least 5 years' supply chain planning experience in Flavours, Fragrances, Natural Ingredients or related products, at least 2 of those years in an operational planning role.
• Project management experience.
• Hands-on experience in IT platforms: SAP ECC, SAP IBP, SAP BI.
• Supply management knowledge: S&OP, inventory, capacity, planning parameters, network design.
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
• APCIS CSCP and/or CPIM certification.
• Data collection, manipulation and analytic skills.
• Stakeholder management skills and ability to influence others through formal and informal channels.
• Experience aggregating data in Excel and other data management tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead deployment of supply-relevant global strategic and transformative business projects, in collaboration with other departments where relevant.
• Guide CI programs to improve working capital, costs, supply risk mitigation, agility and service following organisational strategy and goals.
• Be a liaison between regional supply teams and global F&F project teams, always advocating for the division's overall business interests.
• Work with Global Analytics to promote Indicator dashboards and reports related to Supply.
• Provide functional guidance to ensure regional and GBS supply teams to achieve their supply performance targets.
• Support supply crisis mitigation discussions and actions, in collaboration with Global Procurement and other supply chain functions.
