Dermalogica Deutschland in Paris is seeking a logistics professional to support supply planning and international shipments. You will coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations and oversee order preparation for a diverse client base while ensuring timely deliveries and accurate invoicing.

The role requires fluency in English and French, with German as a plus, and a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Logistics, and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply planning and managing international shipments.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate and address challenges.
• Proven ability to collaborate with finance, logistics and sales teams.

Responsabilités

• Warehouse coordination: main point of contact for day-to-day operations with the EU HUB warehouse.
• Order management: oversee preparation of customer orders and track shipments for diverse client base.
• Delivery tracking: coordinate order pickup with carriers and track invoicing.
• Customer service: be a key contact for customer service and manage order discrepancies.
• Cross-functional collaboration: communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Inbound management: coordinate deliveries with US and China, freight forwarders, customs and EU HUB warehouse.
