Unilever Prestige is seeking an experienced logistics and supply planning professional to manage day-to-day warehouse coordination with the EU HUB, oversee order preparation, and track shipments for a diverse client base. You will coordinate carrier pickups, handle invoicing, and act as a central contact for customer service.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in supply planning for international shipments, with fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in supply planning and managing international shipments.
• Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Warehouse coordination with EU HUB; main contact for day-to-day operations.
• Oversee order preparation and track shipments for diverse client base; set priorities.
• Coordinate order pickup with carriers and track invoicing.
• Serve as key point of contact for customer service; manage order discrepancies.
• Maintain clear communication with Logistics, Finance, Customer Service and Demand Planning to ensure smooth processes.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries with US and China, freight forwarders and EU HUB warehouse; monitor carrier invoicing.
