Genpact is seeking a sourcing buyer to manage end-to-end sourcing projects, ensuring maximum value through savings and benefits for clients. You will leverage RFP/RFX/RFQ processes and ERP-based sourcing, with hands-on experience in eAuction and S2P/P2P workflows.

The role requires collaboration with procurement teams and category managers to meet client requirements, document savings, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration or related field.
• Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Master's degree in Operations Management.
• Certifications in CPSM or ISM procurement tools are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Procure goods and services, obtain quotations, develop proposals and negotiate contracts of low to moderate value/risk.
• Manage RFP/RFX/RFQ processes via ERP/procurement tools.
• Understand and apply eAuction, S2P and P2P processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to review pipeline and savings opportunities.
• Record savings in the client savings database and ensure compliance.
