Modulaire Group in Paris seeks a France Procurement Director to lead strategic procurement across direct materials, fleet, subcontractors and indirect spend. You will own savings targets and EBITDA contributions while driving transformation, governance, and supplier relationships.

The role requires 8+ years in senior procurement, strong leadership, and fluency in French and English. You will partner with Group Procurement and European markets to deliver value across the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior procurement roles.
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and EBITDA contribution.
• Experience across multiple categories in complex environments.
• Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills; translate initiatives into P&L impact.
• Expert in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management and SRM.
• Experience leading and developing procurement teams.
• Executive-level stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Fluency in French and English; procurement qualifications desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead the France procurement strategy across direct materials, fleet, subcontractors, facilities, services and indirect spend.
• Own and deliver France procurement savings target and EBITDA contribution.
• Develop category strategies and identify value creation opportunities.
• Lead strategic supplier negotiations, renewals and SRM.
• Drive procurement transformation, digitalisation and improved ways of working.
• Strengthen procurement governance, contract management and P2P processes.
• Build procurement capability and lead a high-performing France team.
• Act as procurement voice within the French SLT and collaborate with Group Procurement.
