You will oversee VM collateral production, indirect procurement, and project coordination for luxury retail initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail design for luxury brands as an in-house project manager.
• Proven project management skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to expand knowledge and expertise.
• Experience developing and negotiating project scopes and budgets with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop realistic budgets and timelines, providing regular project updates.
• Liaise with various departments to establish project specifications and schedules.
• Monitor project risks, elevate issues when necessary, and manage out-of-scope requests.
• Develop forecasting bulletins (for permanent and launch materials) and verify forecast accuracy with regions and markets.
• Track and deliver VM and retail materials, managing production schedules and warehouse deliveries.
• Monitor project budgets and production activities, communicating status updates and issues to relevant teams.
• Scout and negotiate with suitable suppliers based on project requirements.
• Establish production timelines and maintain budget control in collaboration with external partners.
• Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of all creative materials.
• Monitor internal and external project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Create purchase orders and track actual versus budgeted vendor costs.
• Generate monthly budget reports for finance teams and maintain project documentation.
