Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies group is seeking a student with a business degree to support Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle at the Paris HQ, acting as a day-to-day liaison with the marketing and product development teams to help manage launches and implement the global marketing strategy.

You will coordinate product development milestones, manage mock-ups and samples, and support collateral development while collaborating with Creative and Purchasing teams.

Qualifications

• Student with a business degree (Bac +4/5) comfortable with operational tasks.
• Strong command of office automation tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in English; French is a plus; good writing skills and ability to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development milestones and launch deliverables with Product Marketing.
• Manage mock-ups, samples, artwork development and TOAs with Creative, Packaging and Purchasing teams.
• Support global and regional marketing coordination through newsletters, meetings and cross-functional alignment.
