Jobtailor in France seeks a seasoned Senior Sourcing Leader to define and execute the global category strategy for electronics and assemblies. You will build a strategic supplier ecosystem, drive supplier innovation, and engage early with product development to accelerate growth.

You will monitor market trends, manage supply chain risks, and lead crisis mitigation for critical electronics commodities in a fast-paced, matrix organization. Experience influencing senior stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Category Management in Electronics.
Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
Strong knowledge of semiconductors, PCBAs, passive components, connectors, electromechanical components and power electronics.
Experience handling supply disruptions, shortages, and crisis situations.
Proven track record in driving supplier innovation and continuous improvement.
