Vinci Group is seeking an experienced Socio-Economic Manager to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive socio-economic strategy for a major international project. Based in a remote environment, you will engage local communities, coordinate with project teams, and manage social investment initiatives to deliver sustainable outcomes.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, reporting, and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Sciences, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in social investment, community development or socio-economic programmes.
• Strong budgeting and financial principle knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Developing and implementing the project's socio-economic development strategy.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with local communities and key stakeholders.

• Providing regular reporting on socio-economic activities, programmes and performance.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen community engagement and long-term project benefits.
