Bürkert S.A.S. is seeking a senior leader to own the Sensors Product Program, driving growth, profitability and a global portfolio strategy.

You will work across Product Management, Portfolio Management, Engineering, Operations, Sales and Marketing to shape sensor technologies within Bürkert's portfolio and guide executive growth initiatives. You will lead international teams and ensure strategy translates into measurable actions, leveraging deep market knowledge in sensors, automation and

Qualifications

Several years of leadership with commercial responsibility in a BU/BL or product program.
Experience with P&L ownership is a plus.
Balance technology, customer value and business performance.
Degree in Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Physics, Industrial Engineering or similar.
Track record in developing and implementing product or portfolio strategies.
Understanding of sensor technologies, industrial automation or related markets.
Translate strategy into action with measurable results.
Experience leading international and cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.

Responsabilités

Full business responsibility for growth, profitability and long-term success of the Sensors Product Program.
Develop and implement growth initiatives to expand market presence, revenue and profitability.
Define and execute the global sensor strategy, portfolio roadmap and growth initiatives.
Identify growth opportunities with Core Industry Management and regional teams.
Prioritize investments, development projects and resources based on customer value and impact.
Drive execution across Product Management with Portfolio Management, Engineering, Operations, Sales and Marketing.
Shape sensor technologies within Bürkert's portfolio and establish as a solid pillar.
