Jobtailor is seeking a product leader to define the vision and roadmap for Sliding Stem / control valves across Europe. You will own the lifecycle from concept to phase‑out, build business cases, and lead launches with pricing, training, and tools for sales teams.

You will translate market insights into product requirements for engineering and supply chain, collaborate with SBU partners, and drive growth with European sales teams through training and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in product management, product marketing, or sales within industrial or process industry environments.
Strong knowledge of control valve technologies and applications.
Ability to influence and lead across functions without direct authority.
Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to translate market insights and financial data into clear strategies.
Clear, confident communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Comfort using digital tools to support product management, communication, and decision‑making.

Responsabilités

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Sliding Stem / control valves portfolio in alignment with FCV Europe growth objectives and market trends.
Own the full product lifecycle, from concept and development through launch, sustainment, and phase‑out, identifying growth opportunities and proposing annual development plans.
Build business cases to support new product development, portfolio optimization, and long‑term growth initiatives.
Lead product launches, ensuring readiness across documentation, pricing, sales tools, training, and internal communication.
Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify needs, emerging applications, and differentiation opportunities.
Translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements for engineering, operations, and supply chain teams, collaborating closely with global Valve SBU partners.
Partner with European sales organizations to develop targeted growth plans and support commercial success through product training, technical positioning, and customer engagement.
Lead cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, sales, operations, supply chain, and marketing to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, including application guides, industry content, competitive insights, and selling playbooks, in partnership with Marketing Communications.
Monitor product performance, profitability, and customer feedback, defining pricing, positioning, and improvement actions while leveraging digital and AI‑enabled tools to enhance decision‑making and sales enablement.
