Job summary

Bürkert Fluid Control Systems seeks a Head of Sensors Product Program to own growth and profitability of the sensors portfolio. You will drive the global strategy, roadmap, and key partnerships while shaping how sensor technologies fit into Bürkert's future offerings.

Role requires leadership of international, cross-functional teams, a strong commercial mindset, and fluency in English and French (German a plus). Based at our France site with strong collaboration across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading international & cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with measurable results.
• Fluent in English and French; German a plus.
• Degree in Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Physics or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven track record in developing product/portfolio strategies in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Full business responsibility for growth, profitability and long-term success of the Sensors Product Program.
• Develop and implement growth initiatives to expand market presence, revenue and profitability.
• Define and execute the global sensor strategy, portfolio roadmap and Make-or-Buy decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities with Core Industry Management and regional teams.
• Lead execution across Product Management, Portfolio, Engineering, Operations, Sales and Marketing.
