Job summary

BuyIn GmbH, the procurement alliance between Orange and Deutsche Telekom, seeks a Senior Strategic Sourcer to lead international sourcing projects in Managed Services, TowerCo and Energy Optimisation. You will translate business requirements into robust sourcing strategies and drive end-to-end RFx processes across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• University degree or MBA in Procurement or related field is required.
• 7+ years in telecommunications strategic sourcing or energy procurement.
• Strong negotiation and governance experience in complex deals.
• Experience with managed services, TowerCo models or energy optimisation is valued.
• Fluent English and French with international collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead international sourcing projects for Managed Services, TowerCo and energy solutions.
• Translate business and technical needs into robust sourcing strategies.
• Own end-to-end RFx processes and supplier negotiations across countries.
• Drive cost-optimisation and value-creation initiatives with measurable benefits.
• Manage supplier performance and contract execution, including escalations.
• Identify opportunities for standardisation, bundling and cross-group synergies.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve analysis and decision-making, ensuring compliance.
• Support sustainability targets through energy efficiency and renewables initiatives.
• Share learnings and contribute to procurement knowledge across the org.
