BuyIn, a procurement alliance between Orange and Deutsche Telekom, is seeking a Strategic Sourcer for the Fixed, Transport & IP domain to lead complex corporate and local sourcing projects.

You will drive global category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure contract delivery across multiple countries, with a strong emphasis on negotiation, risk management, and cross-cultural collaboration. Willingness to travel is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree or MBA in Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional procurement experience.
• Very good knowledge of telecommunication or network technologies.
• Experience managing customers, stakeholders and suppliers autonomously.
• Strategic mindset and strong negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of contract law.
• Ability to structure internal and external communications.
• Capable of working in a multi-cultural, fast-changing environment.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and manage country demands as set out in the Demand Plan Tool.
• Lead demand-based RFPs & RFQs from requirements to negotiation and signature.
• Define/execute cost optimization levers and bundling opportunities.
• Support risk analysis for vendor consolidation or global market crises.
• Support countries during implementation phases.
• Perform contract controlling and manage change requests.
