Stellar Telecommunications, based in Paris, France, seeks a Senior Sales Manager with a proven track record in telecommunications and government markets to originate and close strategic opportunities across enterprise, mobility, government and defence sectors.

You will lead complex deals from first engagement through tender and contract signature, building senior relationships and managing a high-value pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of commercial sales experience in telecom, defence, government tech or related B2B sectors.
• Proven track record of originating and closing complex, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Established professional network in France (and Luxembourg) across telecom, government and critical infrastructure.
• Experience navigating government procurement, tenders and defence-related contracts.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French; able to travel frequently.

• Originate and close strategic business across Stellar's connectivity portfolio.
• Build and manage a high-value pipeline with multi-network solutions.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and public institutions.
• Lead complex opportunities from engagement through negotiation and contract signature.
• Own tender opportunities coordinating cross-team responses.
