Jobgether is seeking a Customer Complaints Senior Manager based in France to lead a global complaints program across jurisdictions. You will oversee the end-to-end framework, ensure governance, and coordinate regulatory responses with Legal and Compliance teams.

The role requires strong regulatory judgment, analytical thinking, and cross-functional leadership across Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Customer Support to drive improvements in customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in regulatory compliance, conduct risk, or consumer protection.
• Strong ability to coordinate responses to regulators and regulatory inquiries.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and executive reporting capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Own and develop the global customer complaints program with consistent standards.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries with Legal and local Compliance teams.
• Gather, validate, and write defensible regulatory responses and track remediation.
• Monitor jurisdiction-specific regulatory developments and align global policies.
• Lead second-line oversight, QA, and risk-based testing of complaint handling.
• Analyze trends, root causes, and systemic risks in complaint data.
• Drive root-cause analysis and systemic remediation across regions.
• Maintain complaints governance, databases, SLAs, and escalation thresholds.
• Provide executive and compliance leadership reporting on volumes, trends, and outcomes.
• Serve as central Compliance contact for material complaints and escalations.
