Jobgether is seeking an Internal Control Manager based in France to strengthen internal controls and risk management in a fast-growing fintech environment. You will lead control reviews, support regulatory examinations, and drive remediation across business and IT processes while collaborating with global teams.

The role offers autonomy, international exposure, and the opportunity to be at the intersection of finance, technology, and digital assets, with a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in internal audit or internal controls.
• Strong working knowledge of SOX and ICFR.
• Experience with financial reporting controls in IT-enabled environments.

Responsabilités

• Conduct internal control reviews to identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Support regulatory examinations and respond to external audit requests.
• Monitor control findings and ensure timely remediation with action owners.
• Maintain GRC systems to support control monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate across functions to strengthen risk awareness and control culture.
• Contribute to improving internal control frameworks, policies, and documentation.
• Assist in ICFR assessment, including IT controls and business process controls.
• Provide clear analysis and recommendations to improve governance and risk management.
