GPA Global France is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee and strengthen the global compliance framework. The role ensures alignment with laws, regulations, and internal policies across regions, focusing on ESG obligations and business ethics.

The Compliance Manager will report to the ESG Director and lead efforts in risk assessments, training, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, HR, and Operations. A strong, globally minded professional is required.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Law, Business Law, Compliance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management.
  • Experience in an international environment (manufacturing, packaging, retail, or supply chain industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ESG regulations.
  • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks is a plus.
  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

  • Implement and maintain the company’s global ESG compliance program.
  • Ensure alignment with EU and international regulations.
  • Monitor regulatory developments impacting the business (e.g., CSRD, Duty of Vigilance, anti-corruption, trade compliance).
  • Update and maintain internal policies and procedures (Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Conflict of Interest, Whistleblowing, etc.).
  • Proactively track regulatory and legal developments across all geographies.
  • Support compliance aspects of ESG regulations (CSRD, supply chain due diligence, environmental regulations).
  • Coordinate with Finance, HR, and Operations teams on regulatory disclosures.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients on compliance matters.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments across entities and geographies.
  • Design and monitor internal control mechanisms.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees and management.
  • Promote a culture of integrity and ethical business practices across the organization.
  • Manage whistleblowing mechanism and internal investigations.
  • Report compliance matters to ESG Director.
  • Prepare compliance reports and KPIs.

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to oversee and strengthen our global compliance framework. The role will ensure that the company operates in full alignment with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies across all regions.

The Compliance Manager will play a key role in risk management, supplier compliance, ESG-related regulatory obligations, and business ethics, supporting all the entities of GPA Global.

The Compliance Manager will report to the ESG Director.

Compliance framework:
  • Implement and maintain the company’s global ESG compliance program.
