Job summary

Mars France is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead cross-functional Innovation projects from initiation through post-launch review. You will drive on-time, in-full delivery, manage multiple parallel projects, and ensure governance aligns with the QuEST process.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least five years in manufacturing and project leadership, with experience in prescription models and business transformation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or technical field is required.
• 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• 5 years in project management or business experience.
• Experience with prescription models is a significant addition.
• Experience in business leadership and transformation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects with risk and control activities.
• Build feasible project timelines with the team and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain robust risk management for successful project outcomes.
• Governance and stage/gate validation to follow the innovation process.
• Ensure clear project communications and escalation to stakeholders.
• Conduct root cause analyses and drive problem-solving with key stakeholders.
