Job summary

Cooper Consumer Health is seeking an Innovation Project Manager in Paris to design and deliver breakthrough innovations for key brands across Europe. You will lead product development from idea through go‑to‑market, coordinating R&D, regulatory, supply, and marketing teams to achieve profitability.

The role requires 2–5 years in marketing with innovation project management, strong English communication, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced consumer health

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in marketing with innovation project management.
• Preferably in consumer health care / FMCG.
• Fluency in English is a must; ability to present confidently.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from idea to launch with cross‑functional teams (R&D, marketing, regulatory, supply).
• Co-build the innovation pipeline from brainstorming to marketing concept.
• Oversee product development from concept to go‑to‑market with profitability in mind.
• Own and monitor retroplanning with all stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners to meet country needs.
• Identify risks and mitigation actions for timely project delivery.
• Develop financials for projects through country coordination and business cases.
• Lead Stage-Gate meetings and ensure tracking across markets.
• Deliver master design texts and launch toolkit for country deployment.
• Co-create and present launch materials for country adaptation at local level.
