Job summary

Vestiaire Collective, the leading global platform for pre-loved fashion, seeks a Seller Support & Onboarding specialist to advise and support professional sellers across Europe, US and APAC. You will join the Global B2C team and work with Market and Project Managers to roll out initiatives and ensure sellers become active on the platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in partner / sales support, B2B operations or technical account support within an e-commerce or marketplace environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication in French, English and Italian is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify bottlenecks and propose scalable improvements.
• MS Excel proficiency for daily data tracking, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Daily support: provide high-touch operational and sales assistance to address partner queries.
• Project execution: assist Market and Project Managers with cross-partner initiatives and supply development projects.
• Seller onboarding: own end-to-end onboarding of new professional sellers until active on the platform.
• Process improvement: streamline internal processes and reduce bottlenecks.
• Feedback relay: consolidate seller feedback to help tailor success plans.
