Job summary

Back Market in Paris is offering a 6-month Business Development Internship focused on onboarding Asian sellers, qualifying them, and growing the marketplace.

You will work with quality, logistics, finance, and legal teams to support new sellers and maximize product selection, while acting as a bridge to deliver a great ecommerce experience.

The role blends hands-on account management with BD enablement projects; English and Mandarin are essential, and Salesforce/SQL/Tableau experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin; other languages a plus.
• Strong time management, ownership, and communication skills.
• Interest in sales, ecommerce, and startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and onboard new sellers to grow Back Market's selection.
• Manage activated sellers with 1:1 and pooled coverage, focusing on GMV & quality.
• Collaborate with quality, logistics, finance, legal and other teams to support sellers.
