Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field, or in business administration.
• Strong expertise in change management to support strategic vision.
• Extensive team management.
• Strong leadership and negotiation experience.
• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven expertise in PV agreements.
• Extensive experience in global partnering environments.
• Solid understanding of global PV regulations and inspection readiness.
• Robust working knowledge of pre- and post-marketing PV legislation.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Define, lead and deploy Ipsen’s global PV partnering strategy for commercial partners.
• Ensure PVAs are in place with partners and compliant with regulations.
• Drive PV partnering governance and oversight.
• Lead safety partnering strategy across global and local partners.
• Engage stakeholders and align internal teams on PV partnering strategy.
• Oversee PV Agreements and partner relationships at global level.
• Support due diligence for product acquisitions/divestments.
• Lead or support PV Agreement setup (PVA/SDEA) and implementation.
• Lead negotiations and termination discussions with partners.
• Ensure training and education of stakeholders on PV roles.
• Ensure regulatory intelligence and compliance.
