Ipsen Innovation (SAS) is seeking a Head of Safety Partnering to define and lead the global pharmacovigilance partnering strategy across a diverse commercial portfolio. This pivotal leadership role ensures PV activities are robust, compliant, and impactful for patients worldwide.

The Global Patient Safety Regional EU Manager will oversee affiliate safety data activities in Europe, support affiliate PV Offices, and work with commercial partners to deliver Ipsen PV services while maintaining

Qualifications

Strong experience in pharmaceutical industry / patient safety function.
Knowledge of safety data collection and communication of safety issues.
Working knowledge of pre- and post-marketing PV legislation.
Experience in cross-functional teamwork.
Experience with affiliates in different geographies.
Experience with regulatory authority inspections and internal audits.
Ability to translate legislation into internal processes.
Healthcare professional degree (doctor or pharmacist).
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

Oversee affiliate activities for safety data acquisition.
Oversee actions by affiliates and partners as local PV representatives.
Serve as subject-matter expert for PV questions from staff, partners, or regulators.
Build robust relationships with partners and other Ipsen functions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure PV workflow visibility.
Manage affiliate/commercial partner interactions and reporting.
Establish monthly in-country PV activity reporting with partners.
