Eramet seeks a Senior Internal Auditor in Paris to join a dynamic, international audit team. You will contribute to strengthening the culture of control, compliance, and continuous improvement across the Eramet Group, with regular travel (30-40%).

The role requires a Master’s degree, 8+ years of experience including 4+ years in internal audit and 3+ years in an industrial setting, plus fluency in English and CIA certification ideally.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5), preferably from engineering or business school.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in internal audit and at least 3 years in an industrial environment.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (Big Data, data analytics).
• Ideally CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification obtained or in progress.
• Ideally experience in information systems auditing.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Prepare audit missions: review documentation and audit environment, develop the audit program.
• Conduct internal audits with a senior auditor per the approved plan.
• Produce audit reports and present to management teams.
• Follow up on corrective action plans with auditees for effective implementation.
• Contribute to cross-functional missions: interact with corporate functions, enhance internal controls, conduct benchmarks, and aid audit tools and data analytics.
