Description du poste

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director responsible for driving new sales and revenue growth for the indaHash Self-Serve solution.

This position plays a key role in developing and executing sales strategies to target global markets. The role includes various sales activities such as:

  1. Outbound Sales Activities: Engaging in proactive outreach to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and other direct methods, focusing on generating new leads and expanding the client base.
  2. Marketing Automation: Using advanced tools to streamline the sales process, setting up and managing campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  3. CRM Management: Overseeing CRM software to track client interactions, maintaining accurate records, and utilizing data for informed sales decisions.
  4. Sales Empowerment: Providing the sales team with tools, resources, and training to improve performance and meet targets.
  5. Lead Generation: Developing strategies to identify and attract potential clients by understanding market trends, target audiences, and creating compelling value propositions.

Required competencies include outbound marketing, automation expertise, lead generation, strategic sales planning, data analysis, CRM proficiency, team leadership, communication, negotiation, adaptability, innovation, customer-centric mindset, and industry knowledge in SaaS and influencer marketing.

Minimum qualifications:

  1. At least three years of sales leadership experience in SaaS.
  2. Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and lead generation strategies.
  3. Experience in SaaS sales, leading successful sales teams, and international market adaptation.
  4. Strong client management skills and experience in designing effective sales strategies.

Key performance indicators include revenue generated, lead quality, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, and client retention and satisfaction.
