Mars Petcare seeks a Global S&OP+ Senior Manager to strengthen S&OP+ as the enterprise operating and decision-making system. You will lead the integration, adoption and evolution of S&OP+ globally, ensuring decisions flow through appropriate business forums.

Partnering with the Global ESO VP, you will shape the agenda, challenge system effectiveness and accelerate initiatives to improve decision quality and performance across functions and regions.

Formación

• Must have experience in S&OP+ or IBP and cross-functional business processes.
• Experience across global, regional and market environments.
• Broad experience across functions (e.g. commercial, finance, supply, marketing, or strategy).
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, drive change and deliver complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong systems-thinking skills to translate insights into actions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global S&OP+ agenda with the Global ESO VP and shape the enterprise operating system.
• Independently drive priority elements and improve decision-making and performance across regions.
• Strengthen governance, escalation, and forum effectiveness for critical decisions.
• Build connections across global, regional and functional teams to improve adoption of S&OP+.
• Lead priority transformation initiatives from definition to delivery and remove barriers.
